Fees, Discounts, Credits, Refunds for 2026-2027

FIRM SCHEDULES WILL BE PUBLISHED BY END OF JULY, this is a function of the ice allocation process for City of Toronto rinks.

 

Learn to Play (2020-2022) will be $525 ($475 until May 8th); $50 Late Registration Fee charged after August 31st.

  • Station based development and fun with a pro-instructor.
  • schedule is expected to be 11.20am on Saturday

U7/U8 (2019-2020) will be $575 ($525 until May 8th); $50 Late Registration Fee charged after August 31st.

  • Cross ice games, development and fun with a pro-instructor
  • schedule is expected to be 12.05pm on Saturday
  • There is a limited option to buy into the U9 Hockey School on Sunday morning $195.

U8/U9 House League (2018-2019) is $770 ($720 until May 8th); $50 late registration fee after August 31st – Half ice games on Saturday 1pm with rotating goalie opportunities. Practice is skills based Hockey School at 8am Sunday morning.

U10/U11 & U12/U13 House League (2014-2017) is $770 ($720 until May 8th); $50 late registration fee after August 31st.

  • schedules are all Saturday afternoon with practices on Sunday mornings including powerskating focus sessions

U14-U16 Monday Night Hockey (2011-2013) will be $670 ($620 until May 8th); $50 late registration fee after August 31st. 

  • our senior players play on Monday evening, no practices
  • If your child is 2013 born and unsure of their best fit, give us a call and we’ll help them to success. 

 

Discounts:

1 – All registration fees are discounted $50 until May 8th inclusive. You MUST pay either the non-refundable $150 deposit, or the full fee before May 8th to receive this discount.
2 – Willowdale has a policy of discounting for your 3rd child and more. Each child, starting with your 3rd is eligible for a $100 discount on their hockey fee. The discount may not be used as the non-refundable deposit.

If you are able to Register and Check Out all 3+ players at one time the system will calculate the $100 at Check Out. Otherwise please drop us a line to cathy.willowdale@gmail.com and we will sort it out before you make any payment.

Credits:

Referral of a new player to Willowdale (not a sibling). Thank you!

  • $25 per referral of Toronto resident player is given as a credit for the following season provided you return to Willowdale, HL or Rep. The credit will be on your account waiting for you.

We are rebuilding and are asking you to encourage friends to come to Willowdale in their youngest years.

Refund and NSF payment policy:

  • Fully paid fees are refundable to Sept 1st less a $75 admin fee and until October 3rd (5pm) at 50%. If your player makes a Willowdale A/AA team before participating in House League, your payments will follow you to the A/AA team. If your player accepts a place with a Willowdale Select team but subsequently chooses to change clubs, there is no refund of House League fees. Once a player has participated in LTP/House League there is no refund available.

    – Where a $150 per player deposit has been paid, it is not refundable or transferable to another player but guarantees your price and spot. The balance is due Sept 1st to complete the registration. If your child makes a Willowdale A/AA team before participating in House League, the $150 will be paid to the A/AA team on your behalf. If your player accepts a place with a Willowdale Select team but subsequently chooses to change clubs, there is no refund of House League fees. Once a player has participated in LTP/House League there is no refund available.

    – No refunds will be paid after October 3rd; a charge of $25 applies to any NSF payments.

  • The House League Committee will, at its sole discretion, provide relief in the case of season ending injury or other circumstance.
