GTHL Players: You will be able to register to the team on the first date of your tryout week (April 27 for AA; May 2 for U10-U13 A; May 4 for U14-U17A) Get in touch HERE if you have a problem registering and we will request your record to be transferred.

Bench Staff and Volunteers: If you were registered to another organization than Willowdale Hawks last season get in touch HERE if you have a problem registering and we will request your record to be transferred.

AA/A only: BENCH STAFF REGISTRATION – OPEN – Coach, AC, Trainer, Manager roles – max 5 – who will be active on the Bench for games. This includes all teams U10A, U13A, U14A, U16A, U17A & U18AA

AA/A only: ON and OFF-ice VOLUNTEERS – OPEN – Volunteers who will not be ROSTERED on the Bench for any kind of games for the 2026-27 season. This includes On-ice helpers (not paid), non-bench Managers, Treasurers, Tournament organizers. Anyone who is helping with a responsibility for the team but will never be on the bench for games.

3rd Party Instructors – OPEN – Registered and insured through the OHF, 3rd party instructors include all individuals from any hockey school that will be on the ice whether regularly or as stand-in. This is not a bench position.

BENCH STAFF REQUIREMENTS 2026-27

Vulnerable Sector Screening and Criminal Offence Declaration – OHF – Mandatory for anyone dealing with Minor Players.

ALL bench staff, on or off ice volunteers are required to have The Shift Forward (was Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders.) Speak Out is no longer accepted.
